Nipun Lakshay

Launched by the Ministry of Education, the NIPUN (National Initiative for Proficiency in Reading with Understanding and Numeracy) programme aims to strengthen foundational learning for students up to grade 3. KVS supports this mission by providing teachers with the necessary teaching materials and assessment tools to ensure joyful and inclusive learning for children aged 3 to 9. The mission sets national targets for literacy and numeracy outcomes for Balvatika, Grades 1, 2, and 3 to be achieved by 2026-27.
